"I had a tough time figuring out..."
I had a tough time figuring out what was actually going on with ncmc.net. The messages weren’t exactly bad, or well, maybe they were just too vague, but either way they left out details I felt like I needed.

I kept rereading things thinking I’d missed something, then realizing I probably hadn’t. I just wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next, and that got annoying faster than I expected.

Maybe other people have no issue with it, and at first I thought maybe it was just me, but the communication felt way more confusing than it needed to be.

"Still not sorted after several days"
I reached out to ncmc.net because there was an issue with my account, and at first I figured it would be a quick fix. The replies did come through eventually, but they were slow and felt like the same pasted response over and over, which was not very helpful.

After a few days, the problem was still sitting there like nothing had happened. I kept having to explain the same thing again, which was frustrating, though I guess someone was at least replying. Still, I wouldn’t be in a rush to use them again unless their support gets a lot better

"Turnaround just took way too long"
I had a frustrating experience with ncmc.net, mostly because the turnaround time was just really slow. I kept checking for updates and waiting to hear something back, but it just kept dragging on. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, it just wasn’t worth the wait.

"Website are kinda frustrating to use"
I tried using Northampton Community Music Center the site feel clunky. Some pages was slow to load, and I ended up clicking around way too much just to find basic info. A few of the menus wasn’t super clear either. It does work, but it definitely don’t feel smooth. A cleaner layout would make a big difference.

I tried reaching out to customer service a few different times it felt like I was just sending messages into a black hole. I got one short email back days later, but it didn’t answer my question or help at all. It had that vague, automated-system feel to it, which just makes things more annoying when you’re trying to get a real update from an actual person. Really frustrating.

"Billing felt straightforward"
I felt relieved when I checked the bill because everything was laid out clearly. There weren’t any surprise charges, which made the whole experience feel a lot more trustworthy.

"Staff were fine, but nothing special"
The staff were professional enough and did what they needed to do, but I wouldn’t say they were especially friendly or helpful. Everything felt a little rushed, and this is where it got annoying, I didn’t really feel like I had time to ask questions or get settled before they moved on. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either...

For what you pay, it’s a good deal!! I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but it feels fair for the price and I’m happy with it

"Felt like some sketchy random site"
The whole site just felt off to me, like one of those throwaway pages that doesn’t really tell you much. There wasn’t enough clear info for me to feel comfortable, i wouldn’t hand over my details to something like that

"Overall, the service was good. There was one..."
Overall, the service was good. There was one moment where I got to practice the ancient art of waiting for a reply, but once they got back to me, they were polite and fixed the issue. Can’t complain too much, I’d actually use them again...
